Knocking on the Door of Life


This can help bring vitality back into your life. It is awake-upto the body and your energy. You can go as slow or fast as you feel the need to go. This movement is particularly beneficial for conditions such as ADHD, asthma, back problems, bladder issues, bronchitis,COPD, and respiratory problems

The Movement:

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent.
  2. Rotate your torso to the left and right, allowing your arms to swing naturally and gently knock on your lower back/kidney area.
  3. Breathe naturally and relax.
  4. Continue for a few minutes, feeling your lower back’s gentle massage and stimulation.
