The Giraffe Stretch to Earth and Sky enhances flexibility and breathing. It also gathers Life Force energy in your center and is a great wake-up. Slowing it down with the palms flat towards the sky and flat towards the earth is good for Brain Integration. It helps with conditions like asthma, back problems, digestion, dyslexia, hip problems, indigestion, and respiratory issues.

The Movement:

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Putting your hands together over your navel with your palms facing each other and your knees bent.
  2. Inhale deeply, stretching your right arm up towards the sky with your palm flat towards the sky and your left arm down with your palm flat towards the earth as you straighten your legs.
  3. Exhale and switch arms, creating a gentle, flowing motion. The arms will meet in the center as your knees bend.
  4. Repeat several times, focusing on the stretch and breath. Slow it down using the palm of your hands so that you can feel the exchange of Life-Force Energy.
