Dragon Strength


Dragon Strength helps with aging and is excellent for building strength and resilience over the lower end of the body, below the waist. This helps the upper body be flexible [not tight in the shoulders]. This helps with bones, ligaments, tendons, and muscles.It also helps with ADHD, aging issues, anemia, anxiety, asthma, back problems, and blood pressure issues.

The Movement:

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Putting your hands together over your navel with your palms facing each other and your knees bent.
  2. Inhale deeply, stretching your right arm up towards the sky with your palm flat towards the sky and your left arm down with your palm flat towards the earth as you straighten your legs.
  3. Exhale and switch arms, creating a gentle, flowing motion. The arms will meet in the center as your knees bend.
  4. Repeat several times, focusing on the stretch and breath. Slow it down using the palm of your hands so that you can feel the exchange of Life-Force Energy.
