Bringing in The Morning Light

This movement is ideal for boosting general health and vitality. As you bring your hands in front of your belly, throat, head, or any area needing help, sort the energy, and go slowly and methodically over that area. It can help with various conditions, including adrenal problems, aging issues, allergies, amnesia, anger, arthritis, back problems, blood pressure issues, and many more.

The Movement:

  1. Take a cleansing breath.
  2. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, arms straight out to your sides. Bring your arms down and then towards the body’s center while bending the knees. Bring your hands together and raise them up the center of your body as you straighten your legs, turning your palms to the outside as they go back out and down the sides.
  3. Inhale deeply as you raise your arms slowly towards the sky, palms facing up.
  4. Imagine drawing in the morning light and energy.
  5. Exhale as you slowly bring your arms back down the sides of your body, palms facing the ground.
  6. Repeat several times, focusing on the flow of energy and light.
